Adobe has announced the integration of Google’s Gemini 2.5 Flash Image into its tools, Firefly and Express, significantly enhancing their capabilities for users. This upgrade allows Adobe customers to generate visually striking graphics and streamline their ad campaigns more effectively than ever before.
The introduction of Gemini 2.5 Flash Image enables users to create stylized graphics using Firefly, which can then be animated, resized, captioned, and published through Adobe Express. This seamless end-to-end process is designed to improve workflow efficiency for marketers and designers alike.

In a blog post, Hannah Elsakr, Vice President of New GenAI Business Ventures at Adobe, emphasized that user-generated content will not be utilized to train generative AI models. She stated, “This has always been the case for Adobe Firefly generative AI models, and it’s a requirement in all our partnership agreements.”
Elsakr added, “With today’s addition of Google’s Gemini 2.5 Flash Image in Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express, people have even greater flexibility to explore their ideas with industry-leading generative AI models and create stunning content with ease.”
