Developed by **Sherpa Property Group**, the second stage of the **Flourish on Sixth** development features one to three-bedroom apartments starting from **$575,000**, appealing to buyers seeking proximity to the beach without the high costs associated with beachfront units.
Located a short walk from the beach and just beyond the **Gold Coast Highway**, Flourish on Sixth has already seen success with over **$110 million** in sales from its first stage. More than **50 percent** of the second stage has been sold, leaving only a limited number of two and three-bedroom apartments available.
### Addressing the Property Price Disparity
The **founder of Sherpa Property Group**, **Christie Leet**, emphasized the growing disparity in property prices between beachfront and nearby developments. He noted, “The disparity between the price of a property in Flourish vs. beachfront, which is 100 meters away, is **100 percent** – when it should be **30 percent**, based on traditional research. The disparity is very wide, and I think that’s just tremendous value for our buyers.”
The project’s second stage includes the **Canopy Collection**, featuring luxury two to three-bedroom apartments starting at **$1.425 million**. Among these are four penthouses occupying prime corners of the building’s highest floor. The remaining two-bedroom apartments in stage one begin in the **$800,000** range, with the premium units of stage two expected to be available for sale by the end of the year.

Residents of Flourish on Sixth will enjoy various amenities, including an **800 square meter rooftop retreat** equipped with hot and cold magnesium pools, outdoor barbecues, an indoor dining space, and a gym with yoga zones. The decision to waive sunrise clauses for buyers allows them greater certainty regarding pricing and construction timelines. Leet remarked, “Many of them thought they’d never get into the real estate market. Our pricing structure allowed access for many people not normally able to be involved.”

As construction progresses, residents can expect to move into their new homes between **Christmas 2026** and **March 2027**. Sherpa Property Group is also initiating another project on **Sixth Avenue**, with unit prices starting at **$1.5 million**.
