Buffalo Wild Wings GO is set to launch a new grab-and-go restaurant in Anaheim, California. The new location will be situated at 929 S. Brookhurst St., Suite 5, within the Brookhurst Center shopping plaza. Construction records indicate that plans for this quick-service restaurant (QSR) are progressing, transforming a former H&R Block storefront into a vibrant dining space.
The project will occupy a 1,500-square-foot area, with designs created by KP + J Architects. This new restaurant will include a mix of dine-in tables and takeout options, catering to a variety of customer preferences. Bids for the construction work are due on September 23, and the franchisee, Matthew Dragas, Chief Operating Officer of the Dragas Group, is currently navigating the permitting process.
Once the necessary approvals are secured, construction is expected to take approximately two months. This upcoming location will mark the second GO model operated by Dragas Group, a family-run hospitality company that has been active in the restaurant industry since 1984. The group operates multiple Buffalo Wild Wings locations and holds franchises for other well-known brands such as Taco Bell, Tropical Smoothie, and Steak’ N Shake.
The Brookhurst Center, a bustling commercial complex spanning 154,043 square feet, is anchored by a Ralph’s grocery store and a Burlington Coat Factory. In addition to the new Buffalo Wild Wings GO, the center hosts several other tenants, including Blink Fitness, Starbucks, Bank of America, and USPS. These amenities are expected to enhance the overall shopping experience for the local community.
With the introduction of this new location, Buffalo Wild Wings GO aims to expand its reach and provide convenient dining options for residents and visitors in Anaheim. The restaurant’s focus on quick service aligns with current consumer trends, emphasizing accessibility and efficiency in dining experiences. As construction progresses, the local community eagerly anticipates the opening of this new establishment, which promises to contribute to the vibrant culinary landscape of the area.
