Millie Bobby Brown expressed her gratitude for her relationship with co-star David Harbour during the Los Angeles premiere of the fifth and final season of *Stranger Things* on March 15, 2025. The 21-year-old actress and the 50-year-old Harbour appeared together on the red carpet, demonstrating their camaraderie despite recent allegations reported by the *Mail on Sunday* regarding a “harassment and bullying claim” made by Brown against Harbour prior to filming last year.

Brown shared her excitement about reuniting with Harbour, stating, “It’s been amazing. We’re so lucky to have each other. The show means so much to the both of us and to everyone here.” Her reflection on the show highlighted its significance in their lives over the past decade. She added, “This has been the last 10 years of our lives. So, we’ve dedicated a lot of it and we’re so excited to see that come to screen.”

Brown, who recently adopted a baby girl with husband Jake Bongiovi, also acknowledged the personal changes she has experienced since joining *Stranger Things* at the age of ten. “I’ve been living every day like it’s the first day on set and maybe that’s what’s made me hold on to every moment for dear life. But a lot has changed,” she noted.

Strong Bonds and Future Collaborations

David Harbour, who portrays Jim Hopper, expressed his admiration for Brown, stating, “I adore her. I’ve been proud to watch all of them grow up to become such great artists.” He hinted at the possibility of future collaborations with his co-stars, affirming, “I doubt it’ll be the last time we’ll work together. This particular family and project has been so special and we’ve gotten to know each other so deeply; you rarely get to do this in this business.”

In response to the recent reports surrounding the cast dynamics, show co-creator Ross Duffer maintained that personal matters on set are not a priority for him, emphasizing the importance of a safe and happy working environment. He told *The Hollywood Reporter*, “Nothing matters more than just having a set where everyone feels safe and happy.”

Executive producer Shawn Levy echoed this sentiment, reinforcing the commitment to a respectful workplace. “You have to create a respectful workplace where everyone feels comfortable and safe, and so we did everything to build that environment,” he explained. Levy addressed the rumors, stating, “I’ve read a bunch of stories and they range from wildly inaccurate to… there’s so much noise around it. But the truth is that we view this crew and this cast as family, and so we treat each other with respect, and that’s always been the bedrock.”

As *Stranger Things* prepares to conclude its journey, the relationships formed over the years remain a focal point for the cast and crew, highlighting the bonds that have been forged throughout their shared experiences.
