In a thrilling match on July 15, 2023, the Lions faced off against the Mildura Heat, securing a convincing 76-60 win. Caparello acknowledged the team’s performance, saying, “We weren’t as on as we would have liked to have been. We’re trying to find form for finals and hopefully we will go deep.”
