Kevin Federline has revealed that his ex-wife, Britney Spears, has recently communicated with their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden. This development follows allegations made by Federline in his memoir, You Thought You Knew, where he claims that Spears exhibited concerning behavior around their children, including instances of being “drunk as hell” and a disturbing event where she allegedly approached their bedroom holding a knife.

In a recent appearance on the Talk Shop Live podcast, Federline discussed the current state of their family dynamics. He expressed optimism about the possibility of repairing the relationship between Spears and their sons. “We haven’t talked specifically, but I know that she’s talked to our sons, which is good,” he stated. He added that he hopes that through the ongoing challenges, there will be “light at the end of the tunnel.”

Federline emphasized the love their sons have for Spears, stating, “They absolutely love their mom, right? I mean, they always, always have, always will.” He underlined his desire for their children to maintain a healthy relationship with their mother, drawing parallels between his own bond with his mother.

The DJ and former reality star acknowledged the backlash he faced from some quarters regarding the allegations in his memoir. Despite this, he conveyed a willingness to accept the role of the “bad guy” if it leads to positive changes for their sons. “If I have to be the bad guy and everybody has to hate me, well, so be it,” he remarked. “I’ll do that for my kids to be able to have a relationship with their mother.”

In previous statements to Us Weekly, Federline made it clear that his intentions are rooted in wanting the best for Spears. “All I really want is for her to be able to have a wonderful relationship with her children,” he said. “I want her to be happy, healthy and all of the things. I want nothing but greatness for her.”

As this situation continues to evolve, the focus remains on the well-being of Sean Preston and Jayden, who are navigating a complex relationship with their famous mother. The path toward healing appears challenging, but Federline’s commitment to facilitating a bond between Spears and their sons stands at the forefront of their family narrative.
