Bushfire Kitchen has officially opened its latest location in Brea, California, marking a significant milestone as the restaurant group reaches its tenth unit. This new establishment, located at 765 E Birch St #101 in the Brea Marketplace, is the second for the brand in Orange County, showcasing its continued expansion in Southern California.

To express gratitude to the Brea community, Bushfire Kitchen is organizing a series of giveback days dedicated to local heroes. From November 17 to 19, the restaurant will offer a buy one, get one free promotion on bowls, burgers, sandwiches, and salads for police officers, firefighters, and other first responders. Subsequently, from November 24 to 26, teachers and school staff will be eligible for the same offer.

Oliver Barwin, CEO of Bushfire Kitchen, stated, “The people of Brea have welcomed us with open arms and we are honored to celebrate the everyday heroes who make this city thrive – from police officers on the front line to teachers in our kids’ schools.” He emphasized the brand’s commitment to not only providing wholesome meals but also giving back to those who serve the community.

The Brea location spans over 2,000 square feet and features a covered, heated patio along with ample parking. Bushfire Kitchen is known for its chef-driven American cuisine infused with global flavors, offering a diverse menu that includes gluten-free, high-protein, and plant-based options. Customers can also enjoy a daily happy hour from 14:00 to 17:00 and catering services for local businesses and events.

This opening follows the successful launch of the Long Beach location in July 2023, indicating an accelerated growth phase for the family-owned business. Future plans include the opening of a new site in Rancho Bernardo in early 2026, along with additional locations confirmed for next year across Southern California.
