The Kweichow Moutai – Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Conference 2025 concluded successfully on November 30, bringing together over 1,200 participants at the Resorts World Convention Centre in Singapore. Hosted by the Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Association and sponsored by Kweichow Moutai, the event focused on technology innovation and sustainable development under the theme “Introduce New Entrepreneurs of Zhejiang, Explore New Frontiers of Technology, Embark on a New Journey.”

Over the two-day event, more than 500 entrepreneurs from China, Singapore, ASEAN countries, and regions along the Belt and Road gathered to discuss the future of business. The conference featured prominent speakers and sessions centered on technology-driven innovation, cross-border collaboration, and business sustainability. Notably, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Association and the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (ASME) to enhance bilateral cooperation.

Ms. Sim Ann, Senior Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Home Affairs, delivered a keynote address during the conference. She emphasized the significant opportunities for collaboration between Singapore and Zhejiang, particularly in technology innovation and youth entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, Ms. Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Culture, Community, and Youth, acknowledged the contribution of Zhejiang businesses to regional economic cooperation and highlighted the growing representation of female entrepreneurs in the Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Council.

The conference showcased cutting-edge technology, including AI humanoid and quadruped robots from Unitree Robotics, which greeted attendees at the event’s opening. This demonstration highlighted the integration of intelligent robotics into business settings. Additionally, BrainCo presented interactive technologies, illustrating the potential applications of emerging technologies across various industries.

Throughout the conference, attendees participated in diverse sessions covering topics such as philosophical leadership, wealth management, and educational development. The Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Innovation Forum featured insights from renowned investor Jim Rogers on investment trends within the AI-driven economy. Other discussions included the internationalization of Chinese AI enterprises and developments in Web3 and stablecoins.

On the second day, the inaugural Singapore Kazuo Inamori International Forum included notable speakers from both Singapore and China, focusing on long-term organizational development and team culture.

The event attracted a wide range of attendees, fostering dialogue on cross-border cooperation and business internationalization. Participants noted that the conference provided an essential platform for communication between Zhejiang enterprises and stakeholders from Singapore and the wider ASEAN region.

Leaders from various overseas Zhejiang business associations participated, including Mr. Wu Jianrong, Vice President of the World Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Convention, and Mr. Zeng Changbiao, President of the Liaoning Zhejiang Business Association, among others. Their presence underscored the commitment to enhancing global connectivity within the Zhejiang business network.

The conference not only facilitated business discussions but also demonstrated a commitment to social responsibility. The Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Association announced a donation of SGD 50,000 to the Bukit Gombak Community Development & Welfare Fund, supporting vulnerable groups in Singapore.

As the conference concluded, the enthusiasm for continued collaboration and innovation among participants set a positive tone for future business opportunities between Zhejiang and international partners.
