URGENT UPDATE: Police have charged Joshua Brown, a 27-year-old from Point Cook, with an additional 83 charges related to alleged sexual assaults at various childcare centres in Melbourne. The new charges involve four additional victims and further counts concerning eight previously identified victims. The incidents span 23 childcare centres where Brown worked between January 2017 and May 2025.
