The new establishment will occupy a renovated space formerly used by Blue Fish Sushi, covering approximately 3,000 square feet. We can’t wait to bring Escondido to one of our favorite dining districts.” Alexis has a strong background in the local dining scene, with successful ventures including TJ’s Seafood Market & Grill, Birdie’s Eastside, Ramble Room, and Malibu Poke.
