Paris Banh Mi, a popular Vietnamese bakery and café chain, will open a new location at The Davis Collection in Davis, California, this winter. Franchisee Liem Nguyen confirmed that the establishment will be situated at 855 Russell Blvd, Suite 160, occupying a space of approximately 1,400 square feet. The grand opening is scheduled for early January 2026.
This new venue will offer the chain’s signature menu items, primarily its renowned banh mi sandwiches. Customers can also choose to have their sandwiches served on croissants or burger buns, catering to a diverse range of tastes.
In addition to savory options, Paris Banh Mi will feature a selection of desserts. The menu will include cake slices, cheesecake, assorted pastries, and an array of Vietnamese beverages such as boba teas, matcha, iced coffee, and fruit slushes. This extensive range aims to provide a complete dining experience for guests.
According to the company’s website, Paris Banh Mi currently operates 50 locations across the United States, with two existing sites in California located in Elk Grove and Clovis. Nguyen, who oversees the Elk Grove café, is opening the new location in partnership with Ken Tran and Nhi Tran.
As part of the launch, Paris Banh Mi Davis is actively hiring for various positions, including full- and part-time baristas, cashiers, and kitchen staff. Interested candidates can submit their resumes to [email protected] for consideration.
