Monad (MON) Staking Now Live on Bybit On-Chain Earn
Bybit, the second-largest cryptocurrency exchange globally by trading volume, has launched staking for Monad (MON) on its platform, effective December 11, 2025. This new feature allows users to participate in on-chain MON staking directly through the Bybit app, offering competitive annual percentage rates (APRs).
Monad is a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain designed for rapid transactions while maintaining security and decentralization. It fully integrates with the Ethereum ecosystem, and its native token, MON, plays a critical role in the network by facilitating gas fee payments and securing the blockchain through staking mechanisms. Streamlined Staking Experience
Eligible users can easily stake MON by logging into their Bybit accounts and accessing Bybit On-Chain Earn, which currently features some of the highest dynamic APRs available. Bybit has simplified the staking process, handling the technical complexities to enhance user experience.
Participants contribute to the security of the Monad blockchain while earning rewards, reinforcing the network’s decentralization. Staking rewards begin accruing approximately 5.5 hours after the confirmation of an on-chain transaction. MON earnings are compounded automatically and distributed upon redemption, although interest accrual halts once a redemption request is submitted.
