pho-town-to-launch-new-location-on-brighton-avenue-in-allston

A new Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Town, is set to open on Brighton Avenue in Allston, Massachusetts. The establishment will occupy the former site of Burrito Loco at 89 Brighton Ave. This expansion is part of a growing chain that currently operates locations in Brockton and Medford.

The announcement comes from Boston Restaurant Talk, which reported that a “coming soon” sign has been posted outside the new venue. The sign indicates that this location will be known as Pho Town 8, suggesting a connection to its predecessors, Pho Town 6 in Brockton and Pho Town 7 in Medford. While the precise nature of this link has not been officially confirmed, the numbering implies a cohesive brand.

The manager of the new restaurant, Benjamin Nguyen, was listed in a business entity summary; however, attempts to reach him for further comment were unsuccessful. Currently, Pho Town has limited online presence, leaving many details about the Allston location still unknown.

As for the menu, if the offerings at the existing locations are any indication, patrons can anticipate a variety of Vietnamese culinary staples. This includes popular items such as spring rolls, beef and egg noodle pho, vermicelli bowls, rice plates, and bánh mì sandwiches. Additionally, beverages like Vietnamese coffee, boba tea, and smoothies are likely to be featured.

Despite the excitement surrounding the new opening, a specific grand opening date has not yet been announced. Prospective diners are encouraged to stay tuned for updates as Pho Town prepares to welcome customers in Allston.

With this expansion, Pho Town aims to enrich the local dining scene, offering an authentic taste of Vietnam to the community.
