Trevor Salas, the owner, indicated that interest has already been expressed by vendors currently operating at the Brooklyn Carreta Bar & Courts, located at 4534 SE McLoughlin Boulevard. Although the specific vendors have not yet been announced, Salas assured that the official list will be revealed in the coming months.
Salas mentioned, “We have a lot of interest, we don’t want to pigeonhole ourselves.” This flexibility suggests a commitment to showcasing a variety of culinary styles, appealing to a broad audience.
