Giles Martin, the son of legendary music producer Sir George Martin, has announced that no more previously unreleased Beatles tracks will come to light. This statement follows years of his work sifting through the extensive archives of the iconic band as part of the revival of their Disney Plus anthology series and various remixed albums.

During an interview reported by The Sun, Martin expressed his belief that there is little left to discover within the Beatles’ extensive catalog. “I don’t think there’s anything,” he stated, while acknowledging that he often finds unexpected gems. He added, “It’s incredible how much interest there still is over Beatles stuff.” The renewed interest is highlighted in the upcoming Anthology box set, which includes a raw version of the classic track, Helter Skelter.

Fans have questioned why a 20-minute long version of Helter Skelter has not been released. In response, Martin affirmed his stance, saying, “I think we’re done.” He noted that his father’s legacy and the band’s music continue to resonate with audiences.

Reflecting on his late father, who passed away in 2016, Martin shared the emotional connection he feels while working on Beatles material. “The Beatles are so powerful that it’s what people want to know about,” he explained. “I love my dad. We were incredibly close.”

The upcoming release of the Anthology 4 album marks a significant milestone, as Martin has also remastered the entire collection for a re-release set for 2025. In addition to his work on the anthology series, he is collaborating with director Sam Mendes on a new series of films, each focusing on a different member of the band: John Lennon, Sir Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Sir Ringo Starr.

As the music world continues to celebrate the Beatles’ enduring legacy, Giles Martin’s efforts highlight the ongoing fascination with the band and its historical impact on music.
