Located at the heart of the hotel, between Jaya and Japón, Jo’s Bar offers a central gathering space within the iconic lobby. The design features a striking back bar made of intricately crafted “floating” resin blocks, each adorned with unique textures and gold leaf. This artistic display is complemented by ten-foot glass shelves framed in brushed brass, which together create a luminous focal point. The bar itself is constructed from Rosso Levanto stone, showcasing deep burgundy tones and white veining, inviting guests to engage in conversation.

Jo’s Bar promises a refined dining experience, featuring a menu of shareable bites that highlight signature dishes from both Jaya and Japón. Guests can indulge in popular items such as Tuna Crispy Rice with spicy mayo, Miso Black Cod Lettuce Cups, and Wagyu Sliders with charred tomato relish.
