Fuku, the popular spicy fried chicken brand founded by renowned chef David Chang, is set to open its third location in Las Vegas. The new eatery will be part of the innovative entertainment complex AREA15 located at 3215 S. Rancho Drive, with an expected opening in early 2026. This expansion adds to a growing list of exciting culinary options within the venue.

AREA15, known for its immersive experiences, will feature Fuku alongside several other eateries, including Cosmic Pretzel, Chilangos Tacos, and Good Company Burgers. The entertainment hub is already home to attractions such as Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart and Illuminarium, designed to create a unique atmosphere for visitors.

According to a press release, AREA15 aims to enhance its offerings with a diverse mix of restaurants and attractions. The venue spans 35 acres and is positioned as a premier destination for food lovers, families, and thrill-seekers alike.

“With a brand-new mix of new restaurants, retail flagships, and breakthrough attractions now signed, we’re continuing to create an entertainment district appealing to families, food lovers, thrill-seekers, and culture explorers alike,”

said Winston Fisher, Chief Executive Officer of AREA15.

Fuku’s menu promises bold flavors and delicious fried chicken sandwiches, featuring spicy chicken bites and savory sides made with high-quality ingredients. The brand emphasizes a straightforward approach to dining, focusing on flavor rather than formalities. As stated on Fuku’s website,

“It’s not about the frills, the white tablecloths, or having seven different forks next to your plate. It’s about the flavor, and we believe the finest flavor is, more often than not, found in an elbows-on-the-table-shirt-staining-spicy-sandwich.”

This philosophy aligns with AREA15’s mission to surprise and delight visitors.

While details regarding the official opening date and grand opening events remain forthcoming, the anticipation surrounding Fuku’s arrival continues to grow. As culinary options expand at AREA15, the addition of Fuku is expected to further strengthen the venue’s reputation as a dynamic destination for unique dining experiences. The Las Vegas Valley can look forward to this mouthwatering addition, set to enhance one of the region’s main attractions in the near future.
