renault-simplifies-2025-master-van-range-with-competitive-pricing

Renault has streamlined its commercial van offerings for 2025, focusing on the popular Master model. The updated lineup now features only medium-wheelbase (MWB) and long-wheelbase (LWB) variants, effectively eliminating the previous Extra LWB option. Priced at $55,200 for the MWB and $57,200 for the LWB before on-road costs, both variants are exclusively available in the Pro trim.

Renault Australia is currently promoting the MWB variant for $57,990 drive-away to ABN holders until September 30, 2025. The company assures potential buyers that there is a “good supply” of the Master available.

The Master is powered by a single engine option: a 2.3-litre turbo-diesel four-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed automated manual transmission. Notably, the manual transmission option has been removed from the lineup.

Sales Performance and Market Position

The Renault Master is not only the company’s largest vehicle but also its best-selling model in Australia. As of the end of June, Renault has delivered 1,074 Master cargo vans this year. This figure surpasses sales of the mid-size van, which stands at 516, and the mid-size crossover SUV, which has sold 424 units. The Master is outselling competitors in its category, although it is still behind other models like the 1341 and 2026 in overall sales.

Despite its popularity, Renault has not released fuel economy or CO2 emissions figures for the Master, leaving some potential buyers seeking information on operational costs.

Warranty and Service Details

The Renault Master comes with a robust five-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty, providing peace of mind to fleet operators and individual buyers alike. Routine servicing is required every 12 months or 30,000 km, whichever occurs first. The first five services are capped at $599, except for the four-year/120,000 km service, which costs $1,259.

Standard safety features are included in the Master, although specific details about these features have not been disclosed. The range also offers various exterior paint finishes, allowing customers to personalize their vehicle.

Renault’s strategic adjustments to the Master lineup, combined with competitive pricing and warranty offerings, position the model as a strong contender in the commercial vehicle market. This move reflects the ongoing commitment of Renault to meet the needs of businesses and individuals seeking reliable transportation solutions.
