black-rock-coffee-bar-expands-with-new-drive-thru-in-colorado-springs

Black Rock Coffee Bar is set to open a new drive-thru location in Colorado Springs, according to city planning records. The new establishment will be situated at 3565 Spectrum Air Way, directly across from the city’s airport. This initiative forms part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its presence across the United States.

Sierra Hicks, Senior Marketing Manager for Black Rock Coffee Bar, confirmed that the upcoming location will be off Milton E Proby Parkway. Current planning documents indicate that the site is vacant commercial land, with records marked as “in review.” A specific opening date has not yet been announced.

Initially, the project aimed to construct a 2,434-square-foot building. However, plans have since been revised to reduce the size to under 1,500 square feet. The property is owned by DTV Milton Proby, Inc., with architectural designs provided by Russo LLC and landscape architecture by Galloway & Co. Civil. Engineering services are being supplied by M&S Civil Consultants.

This new location in Colorado Springs is part of Black Rock Coffee Bar’s ambitious expansion plan. According to QSR Magazine, the company aims to increase its portfolio by 20% annually over the next few years. The ultimate goal is to reach 600 units by 2027, with aspirations to ultimately achieve 1,000 locations.

As Black Rock Coffee Bar continues to grow, this new drive-thru represents a significant step in its development, reflecting the brand’s commitment to serving customers with convenient options while enhancing its footprint in key markets.
