The new restaurant will offer guests an array of Bobby Flay’s signature dishes, emphasizing classic comfort food elevated with bold flavors and high-quality ingredients. Among the highlights on the menu are the Bacon Crunchburger, the Nacho Burger, and the award-winning Veggie Burger, which gained recognition from the “Beat Bobby Flay” television series. Guests will also find made-from-scratch sides like Buttermilk Onion Rings and Sweet Potato Fries, along with a variety of milkshake flavors including Pistachio, Cookies and Cream, and Dark Chocolate.
A Premier Destination for Dining and Entertainment
The Muckleshoot Casino Resort, located at 2402 Auburn Way S, near the picturesque Mt. Rainier, is the largest casino resort in Washington. With a sprawling 157,000-square-foot gaming floor, the resort features over 3,400 gaming machines, 67 table games, one of the largest smoke-free gaming areas, and a sportsbook. The resort also boasts an 18-story hotel with 401 luxurious rooms and suites, a resort-style pool, a full-service spa, and a rooftop steakhouse.

Since the launch of its flagship restaurant in Charlotte less than two years ago, Bobby’s Burgers has experienced rapid growth with additional locations in Orem, Utah, and the Raleigh-Durham International Airport, which opened on November 22, 2023. This latest opening marks the brand’s tenth location and is part of ongoing development deals in Arizona and Canada. The Muckleshoot Casino Resort location will represent the eleventh Bobby’s Burgers in total.
