Datavault AI Inc. has announced a record date of November 14, 2025, for the distribution of its Dream Bowl Draft Meme Coin to eligible shareholders of both Datavault AI and Scilex Holding Company. This initiative is part of the lead-up to the much-anticipated Dream Bowl Championship, which will take place on January 11, 2026, at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas. This event will feature a college football matchup between the Crusaders and the Patriots, along with competitions in professional drone racing and e-sports.

The Dream Bowl Draft, which aims to select top invitees for the championship, represents a significant milestone in the integration of artificial intelligence and data-driven technologies into sports. It is notable for being the first AI-generated data-driven draft coin for both college football and e-sports. The event will not only highlight elite athletes but also showcase reigning world championship e-sports teams and the North American Madden 2026 champion.

In collaboration with Scilex, Datavault AI plans to reward its shareholders with a special one-time distribution of the Dream Bowl 2026 Meme Coin. Each eligible holder will receive a unique digital collectible that includes features such as immutable proof of ownership, ticketing details, and exclusive content related to the event and participating athletes. The tokens are set to be air-dropped to Data Vault® wallets after final roster confirmations, which are expected on or after November 25, 2025.

Nathaniel Bradley, CEO and Co-Founder of Datavault AI, expressed enthusiasm regarding the distribution, stating, “This distribution not only rewards our loyal shareholders but also positions Datavault AI and SCILEX holders at the forefront of tokenomics and highly intelligent systems that recognize talent and achievement.” He highlighted the innovative use of technologies such as DataScore® and DataValue® to transform how data value is captured and monetized in the sports industry.

The Dream Bowl event will also serve as a platform for educational engagement about the role of data and artificial intelligence in leveling the playing field for athletes. Bradley noted, “We hope that every Dream Bowl recipient takes the time to learn about how data and AI can level long-standing uneven playing fields so that every person who is gifted, talented, or has the sheer grit and confidence to win can get their dream shot.”

In support of this vision, Neil Malvone, CEO of Cutting Edge Sports Management and host of Dream Bowl XIV, remarked on the importance of this initiative in redefining the future of sports. He stated, “Datavault AI’s groundbreaking AI-powered, tokenized draft for the Dream Bowl represents a game-changing step—merging technology, transparency, and opportunity for college athletes.”

Datavault AI continues to leverage its intellectual property in data platforms, tokenization, and immersive technologies. The company’s cloud-based system serves multiple industries, including sports and entertainment, biotech, education, and more. It provides comprehensive solutions through its divisions focused on Acoustic Science and Data Science, aiming to drive shareholder returns in a rapidly evolving digital economy.

As the Dream Bowl approaches, Datavault AI is poised to make a significant impact on both the sports and technology sectors. The upcoming distribution and event are expected to generate excitement among fans and shareholders alike, further solidifying the company’s role as a leader in AI-driven data experiences and asset monetization in the emerging Web 3.0 landscape.
