A new dining option is set to enhance the culinary landscape at the San Francisco Premium Outlets as the Dublin-based restaurant concept, Dumpling Haus, prepares to open its second location. According to a press statement, this new outlet will be situated at 2774 Livermore Outlets Drive in Livermore, California, with an anticipated opening date in November 2023.
The general manager of Dumpling Haus, Jane Huang, shared insights about the forthcoming location. Together with her husband, Huang operates the first Dumpling Haus in Dublin, which has gained popularity for its traditional dumplings and handmade Chinese buns. The couple also manages Tea Heart, a bubble tea shop that has been serving customers at the Premium Outlets for approximately eight to ten years. The new Dumpling Haus will provide patrons with the opportunity to enjoy a meal and then indulge in popular bubble tea flavors like lychee, mango, and taro from Tea Heart.
Huang expressed enthusiasm for the new venture, stating, “We are excited to bring Dumpling Haus to Livermore and continue serving the community alongside our Tea Heart brand.”
The San Francisco Premium Outlets is also welcoming other food options to its diverse lineup. Recently, Sbarro opened its doors, offering New York-style pizza made with hand-stretched dough and San Marzano-style tomato sauce. Additionally, Charley’s Grilled Subs has joined the mix, serving grilled subs and cheesesteaks.
The expansion of dining choices at the outlet is part of a broader strategy to enhance the shopping experience. Jessica Carberry, Director of Marketing & Business Development at San Francisco Premium Outlets, noted, “With Dumpling Haus, Sbarro, and Charley’s Grilled Subs joining our dining lineup, guests at San Francisco Premium Outlets now have even more delicious reasons to take a break and refuel.” She highlighted the variety of options that make shopping trips more enjoyable, from handcrafted dumplings to classic New York-style pizza and hearty subs.
