Ford’s Garage, known for its vibrant atmosphere and hearty menu, is set to open a new location in Boynton Beach, Florida. This expansion marks the brand’s 34th establishment, with the new restaurant located at 365 N Congress Ave. According to Marc Brown, a founder of Ford’s Garage and President of 23 Restaurant Services, the anticipated opening is scheduled for late October or early November 2023.
Since its inception in 2012 in Fort Myers, Ford’s Garage has gained popularity as a “neighborhood burger and brew joint.” Over the years, the restaurant has successfully expanded across Florida and into seven additional states, currently operating 32 locations. The new Boynton Beach restaurant will feature a spacious standalone area of approximately 7,500 square feet, including indoor and outdoor seating for more than 250 guests.
The menu at Ford’s Garage boasts a variety of signature items, including the much-lauded “Burgers of Fame.” Guests can expect to find unique offerings such as the BBQ Brisket Burger, which includes sharp cheddar, bourbon BBQ sauce, hickory smoked brisket, and crispy onion straws on a brioche bun. Another popular choice is the Bison Burger, featuring a bison patty, bacon jam, and chipotle aioli. Additionally, the Jiffy Burger combines American cheese, applewood smoked bacon, and creamy peanut butter, offering a distinctive twist.
Brown highlighted the restaurant’s community-oriented approach, saying, “We recognize people in each of our communities and attach people to certain burgers: there are local teachers, coaches, and other people who have done great things for their communities.” One of their standout dishes is the “Giant Funnel Tower of Jumbo Piston Onion Rings,” a fan favorite.
Looking towards the future, Ford’s Garage is not stopping with Boynton Beach. Brown revealed that the company has recently signed its fourth new franchisee and is actively pursuing further national expansion through franchise development.
