Located at 1975 Opportunity Way within the RTC Next development, this sandwich shop is set to delight local residents with its diverse menu. As reported by local media outlet FFXNow, the deli will share its space with its sister concept, Grazie Nonna, in a combined area of 5,609 square feet.
Founded by restaurateur Casey Patten, Grazie Grazie has gained acclaim for its extensive selection of sandwiches, including classic hoagies and cheesesteaks. Although an official opening date has not yet been confirmed, locals can anticipate enjoying the deli’s offerings by spring 2026. The new location will mark the fourth for Grazie Grazie, which currently operates two storefronts in Washington, D.C.—one at the Wharf and another in Downtown. The deli recently expanded into Virginia with a new site in Arlington.
