Nashville Cats Cocktail, the popular ready-to-drink beverage brand, is expanding its reach with plans to open a cafe on the Las Vegas Strip. This new venture follows the brand’s successful introduction to liquor stores across Middle Tennessee and prominent music venues on Lower Broadway. Currently, the cocktails are served at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, marking a significant milestone for the brand.
According to a report by the Review-Journal’s Neon, negotiations are underway to establish the Nashville Cats Cafe at an undisclosed location on the Strip. The team behind Nashville Cats Cocktail is composed of industry veterans, including Rod Essig from Creative Artists Agency, alcohol distributor Robert Lipman, and Stacie Kinder, who serves as Chief Operating Officer and has a rich background in sports and entertainment.
In a brief exchange with What Now Las Vegas, Essig confirmed that the team is scheduled to meet in February 2024 to discuss the next steps for the cafe. However, he did not provide additional details at that time.
“Nashville Cats Cocktails is a tribute to the original 1960s Nashville Cats—the studio players whose skill shaped the soundtrack of a generation—and a toast to the new Cats keeping the music alive today,” the brand’s website states. The ethos of the company emphasizes community roots, authenticity, and a commitment to reinvesting in the city.
Though specifics about the cafe remain limited, expectations are high for an establishment that promises to embody the same vibrant energy that has made the cocktail brand a hit. Reports indicate that the Nashville Cats Cafe will feature a unique dining experience inspired by Texas culture, complete with food and live music, appealing to both locals and tourists alike.
As the project develops, further updates are anticipated regarding the cafe’s location and offerings. For now, those intrigued by this exciting new venture are encouraged to stay tuned for more information as it becomes available. The Nashville Cats Cafe is set to make a memorable entrance on the Las Vegas Strip, continuing the legacy of a brand that celebrates both musical heritage and modern hospitality.
