Tacos Los Cholos, the popular taqueria known for its diverse menu of meats, is set to open a new location in Eastvale, California. This expansion marks one of two new developments for the chain, which has been rapidly increasing its footprint across Southern California. While an official address has yet to be announced, the city confirmed via social media that the new restaurant will be situated within The Station retail complex.
The Station, a significant shopping center spanning 650,000 square feet, is part of the larger Goodman Commerce Center. It is anchored by notable retailers including Costco, 99 Ranch Market, and an Amazon warehouse. The complex also features a variety of food and beverage establishments, such as Cafe Rio, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, In-N-Out, and Olive Garden.
The decision to expand in Eastvale follows the success of Tacos Los Cholos’ existing locations in cities like Anaheim, Fullerton, Huntington Park, and Huntington Beach. The brand, founded in 2019 by Josue Maldonado and Michael Alvarado, has transformed from a small home operation into a regional favorite, celebrated for its quality and flavor.
Tacos Los Cholos offers a rich menu that includes a variety of meat options such as asada, chorizo, cecina, arrachera, ribeye, filet mignon, pollo, costilla panela, and pork belly. This commitment to quality has garnered the chain widespread acclaim, contributing to its growing popularity.
Furthermore, the company is also working on another location in Santa Ana, which was recently reported. This ongoing expansion reflects Tacos Los Cholos’ strategy to capture the increasing demand for authentic Mexican cuisine in the region.
As Tacos Los Cholos prepares to welcome new patrons in Eastvale, the community can anticipate a vibrant addition to its dining landscape. The opening of this new location is not only a testament to the brand’s success but also an exciting development for local food lovers looking for delicious and diverse taco options.
