The company reports that its AI platform has automatically summarized over 270,000 remote IT support sessions, showcasing a significant shift in how organizations manage their tech support.

From August to October 2025, the number of session summaries generated by TeamViewer AI surged fourfold compared to the previous three months. This rapid growth has been driven by approximately 10,000 customers who opted to utilize the AI features, leading to a 60% increase in active users from September to October alone. Since July, active users have experienced a staggering 400% rise.

Customers leveraging TeamViewer AI report noteworthy improvements in efficiency, including saving between 5 to 10 minutes of documentation work per IT ticket and achieving up to 25% faster issue resolution. These enhancements reflect TeamViewer’s commitment to providing proactive IT management solutions.
