Chef and Owner Lon Symensma, in collaboration with City Street Investors—known for successful ventures like Lowry Beer Garden—has reimagined the space to better serve the neighborhood’s dynamic community. “Together with our business partners, we reimagined the space as an Asian-inspired Beer Garden. This new concept feels like the perfect match for the neighborhood, and the response has already been incredible!” Symensma shared with What Now Denver.

The transformation of YumCha into a beer garden includes a dedicated outdoor patio area, complete with custom picnic tables, umbrellas, a new outdoor bar, and a frozen drink machine.
