G Flip and Chrishell Stause have announced their intention to celebrate their love with an annual wedding tradition. The Australian musician, who identifies as non-binary and uses gender-neutral pronouns, and the reality television star from *Selling Sunset* first married in a spontaneous ceremony in Las Vegas in May 2023. Following that initial celebration, the couple has hosted several additional weddings, culminating in a unique Medieval-themed event in July 2023.
The motivation behind their multiple celebrations stems from the rushed nature of their first wedding. G Flip, 31, shared that their family received only three hours’ notice to attend the Las Vegas ceremony. This led the couple to decide on a second wedding to ensure that more loved ones could participate. As G Flip recounted in an interview with *People* magazine, “Then we did another one, but then my family couldn’t make it, and they were like, ‘Well, will you do an Australian one?’ And then I was like, ‘Yep, we’ll do an Australian one.'”
The couple’s commitment to creating memorable experiences together has resulted in three weddings in quick succession. G Flip added, “So we did three in a row, and then we were like, ‘We may as well just do this every year and make it a tradition.'”
Unique Wedding Themes and Future Plans
In July, G Flip and Chrishell celebrated their love with a Medieval-themed wedding at a castle, which began as a lighthearted idea but quickly turned into a serious plan. G Flip explained, “For some reason, it was like, ‘Imagine doing a Medieval wedding.’ And then it was like, ‘Oh my God, that’d be so funny. We could get swordsmen. A flute player.'” After discovering a castle available for rent on Airbnb, the couple decided to go ahead with the whimsical concept.
Going forward, G Flip and Chrishell plan to hold their annual weddings with minimal preparation time, aiming to reduce stress. They intend to invite a different guest list of 10-15 people each year. G Flip remarked, “So, now I think we’ve just continued the tradition of renewing our vows every July, but I think now the scale is going to get crazy because now Chrishell’s like, ‘I want to do an emo wedding next year.'”
The couple’s love story is not just focused on their celebrations; it also includes discussions about starting a family. In June, Chrishell, 44, revealed on her Instagram Story that she has resumed her fertility journey, stating, “Back on the IVF hell train. I think this may be my last attempt.” She expressed gratitude to her followers for their support, emphasizing the emotional challenges of her IVF journey.
Chrishell further elaborated on her hopes for the future, saying, “If it’s meant to be it will be. If not, pivot.” Her candid discussions about fertility treatments highlight the personal aspects of their relationship, resonating with many followers who have faced similar challenges.
As G Flip and Chrishell continue to navigate their lives together, their commitment to celebrating love and family stands out as a testament to their bond. With exciting plans for future celebrations, the couple is set to keep their relationship dynamic and engaging for years to come.
