As part of the Australian Open festivities, Rapp will perform alongside notable acts such as Australian icons The Veronicas, Kid LAROI, Peggy Gou, Spacey Jane, and SOFI TUKKER. This marks a significant moment for both the event and Rapp, who is making her Australian debut.

Entertainment Experience Producer for AO, Gus Carmichael, expressed enthusiasm about Rapp’s participation, stating, “The AO is so excited to bring Renée Rapp to Melbourne, especially as it’s her first time performing in Australia. She’s one of the most exciting young artists in the world right now, and we know fans will be so excited to see her in her Australian debut.”

Renée Rapp has gained considerable attention since her role in the 2024 film adaptation of Mean Girls. Prior to this, she released her debut album, Snow Angel, which received moderate success. Her latest album, Bite Me, has made impressive strides, reaching the top 10 in various global charts, including number one in the UK and number three in both the US and Australia.

While no additional performances have been announced for Rapp in Australia at this time, her recent success on her Bite Me tour across the United States has heightened anticipation for her upcoming show.
