Tallia Storm has spoken out on the Beckham feud.
Brooklyn Beckham’s ex-girlfriend, Tallia Storm, has made startling claims regarding her experiences with the Beckham family, revealing tensions that have long simmered beneath their glamorous public image. In a recent interview, Storm expressed her support for Beckham following his candid remarks about the family’s dynamics, calling attention to what she describes as the “Beckham web” of fame that has affected him throughout his life.
Storm, who dated Beckham as a teenager in 2014, reflected on her relationship with him, noting, “We were just 16. I was the first girl that had ever been spotted with Brooklyn.” Amid the glitz surrounding the Beckham name, she suggested that the pressure and scrutiny placed on him have been overwhelming.
Her experiences with Victoria Beckham were less than pleasant, as she recounted an incident that occurred during a performance at Hanover Square. Storm invited Beckham to attend, but the situation escalated when security personnel arrived to check the venue on Victoria’s orders. She described the moment as unsettling, saying, “When we went to the gig that night, Brooklyn came in with my sister as I was sound-checking – and then when we left with his security, there were like 20 paparazzi outside.”
Storm expressed concern that the incident portrayed her as someone seeking attention, stating, “It’s always made me look like I was some sort of fame-hungry wannabe.” She emphasized that her intention was never to engage in the celebrity spotlight, characterizing the experience as part of a “sticky web” she wished to avoid.
Her relationship with Brooklyn faced additional challenges when a planned appearance at the Global Gift Gala, hosted by Eva Longoria, fell through. Storm was excited to attend, but received a last-minute message from Beckham saying, “my mum won’t let me come, I’m sorry.” This incident led her to believe that Victoria disapproved of her involvement with her son.
Following Brooklyn’s recent statement, which many interpreted as an act of defiance against family pressures, Storm expressed her support. “My first thought was, good for him. People have all heard a million stories over the years, and I just think, God bless Brooklyn for just coming out and sticking up for himself,” she stated.
Storm acknowledged the toll that growing up in the Beckham family has taken on Brooklyn. She remarked, “I think he’s just had enough. I am 100 per cent team Brooklyn. It’s a lot on any person.” Her comments suggest a deeper understanding of the pressures he faces, especially as he navigates his public and private life.
She also endorsed Brooklyn’s relationship with actress Nicola Peltz, referring to them as “soulmates.” Storm noted, “That boy hasn’t had an easy run. And he’s been heavily scrutinised whatever he does, from photographing elephants to cooking – he can’t catch a break.”
As Storm reflects on her past with Brooklyn, it becomes clear that the complexities of fame and family loyalty continue to shape the narratives surrounding the Beckham family. Her insights offer a unique perspective on the challenges that come with being part of such a high-profile clan, adding another layer to the ongoing conversation about personal identity amidst public scrutiny.
