Police in Melton are seeking information regarding a series of obscene exposures and related sexual assaults that occurred recently in Navan Park. The incidents reportedly began on January 11, 2024, when a woman witnessed a young male exposing himself while riding a bike at approximately 16:00.

Following this initial report, multiple other women also reported seeing the same male engaging in similar behavior between 16:00 and 17:00 on January 11, as well as on January 14 around 17:00. The situation escalated on January 16 when the same individual allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in the same park at around 15:00 before fleeing the scene on his bicycle.

The police described the suspect as being in his late teens or early twenties, approximately 160 centimetres tall, with an average build. He was noted to be wearing a blue hoodie, track pants, and black and white slides, and he was riding a grey e-bike during the incidents.

On January 21, the male was again reported to have allegedly sexually assaulted two women in Navan Park between 10:00 and 10:30. Detectives have since released images of a male they believe may assist with their inquiries into these concerning incidents.
