KEENON Robotics has introduced its first bipedal humanoid service robot, the XMAN-F1, during a world premiere at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) 2025 in Shanghai. The event, which runs from July 26 to 29, 2025, serves as a platform for showcasing innovations in embodied intelligence and the future of artificial intelligence.

At WAIC, KEENON has transformed its exhibition space into an “Embodied Service Experience Hub.” This immersive area features three interactive scenarios: a medical station, a lounge bar, and a performance space, illustrating the role of embodied AI in reshaping lifestyles and industrial ecosystems. The XMAN-F1 serves as the centerpiece of this demonstration, exhibiting human-like mobility and precision in various service tasks.

In practical applications, the XMAN-F1 can prepare popcorn and mix personalized beverages, such as Sprite or Coca-Cola, with customizable ice levels. Its remarkable adaptability and task execution capabilities are on full display as it autonomously delivers digital presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the potential of multimodal interaction and large language model technologies. Visitors are captivated by its fluid movements and naturalistic gestures, gathering to witness its interactions live.

Collaboration is a key theme at this year’s conference, with the XMAN-F1 demonstrating its ability to work alongside other robotic systems. At the medical station, it partners with the logistics robot M104 to create a closed-loop smart healthcare solution. Meanwhile, in the lounge area, the robot collaborates with Johnnie Walker Blue Label to serve bespoke beverages, working alongside the delivery robot T10. This integration not only enhances operational efficiency but also signifies a move towards robotic system interoperability, expanding beyond single-task automation.

According to a recent report by IDC, KEENON leads the commercial service robot sector with a commanding 22.7% share of global shipments and holds an impressive 40.4% share in food delivery robotics. At WAIC 2025, the company reinforces its market leadership while presenting its strategy for cross-scenario embodied intelligence solutions.

Looking to the future, KEENON Robotics aims to drive innovation in embodied intelligence. The company plans to combine cutting-edge research and development with global partnerships to unlock the full potential of “Robotics+” applications worldwide. The debut of the XMAN-F1 at WAIC marks a significant milestone in the evolution of service robots, highlighting the intersection of technology and everyday life.
