Australia Post’s Executive General Manager, Gary Starr, emphasized the company’s readiness: “Last year we delivered nearly 103 million parcels over the Black Friday sales period, and we’re ready to go even bigger this holiday season.” He added that thousands of additional team members have been hired to manage the increased workload, alongside expanded delivery options like self-service Parcel Lockers and extended trading hours at Post Offices.
