Goodrem highlighted the importance of the memories created on their wedding day, saying, “We are holding on to every memory from that moment, the love, the laughter, the happy tears and dancing till the sun came up.” The couple plans to return to Australia to celebrate their union as Mr. and Mrs. once more.
The relationship between Goodrem and Copley has been notably private. They first confirmed their romance on January 1, 2018, months after they began dating. Her stunning wedding dress, described as the “dress of my dreams,” was designed by Australian fashion house Palbo Sebastian. The designer revealed that the gown was inspired by the frescoes of St Paul’s Cathedral, crafted in the house’s signature ball gown silhouette.
