Founder Young Noh shared the exciting news, stating, “We have been doing great. Charlie, my partner, and I are trying to expand our concept.” This expansion comes as the demand for their signature dishes continues to surge, establishing Donkey Mo’s as a staple for Korean cuisine in the area.
The new location will feature an updated menu, maintaining the favorites like their Sweet and Spicy and Soy Garlic sauces, alongside a selection of snacks including Shishito Peppers, Chicken Dumplings, and Bacon Kimchi Fries. A notable addition will be a bar serving a late-night menu, appealing to night owls with bar snacks and new sauces, including a potential honey mustard option.
