UPDATE: EnviroGold Global Limited has just announced a major leap forward in its operations with the launch of a mobile pilot plant designed to expedite the commercialization of its innovative NVRO ProcessTM. This significant development, confirmed earlier today, marks a pivotal moment for the Vancouver-based company as it seeks to redefine the mining sector’s approach to tailings reprocessing.

The announcement comes as EnviroGold completes its 2025 Optimization Program, a strategic initiative that has resulted in the finalized design of the μNVRO (microNVRO) plant. This mobile, precision-engineered pilot facility is set to enhance the company’s operational capabilities by allowing simultaneous commercial deployment across various customer sites.

Key highlights of this development include the appointment of PPM Global, a renowned metallurgical project delivery firm, to construct and commission the μNVRO plants. With extensive experience in building and optimizing metallurgical facilities globally, PPM Global brings valuable expertise that will accelerate EnviroGold’s path to full-scale deployment.

Construction of the first μNVRO unit is already underway at the Fremantle facility. This pilot-scale plant is specifically designed for customer site validation, generating high-resolution technical outputs that will support feasibility-level studies and engineering design. Equipped with integrated sensors and analytical systems, the μNVRO unit will facilitate automated monitoring and control, significantly enhancing the efficiency of the testing process.

In addition to the construction of the μNVRO unit, EnviroGold plans to deploy a fleet of containerized, mobile μNVRO units across three priority jurisdictions known for their favorable tailings targets. This aggressive strategy is aimed at conducting in-situ campaigns to validate processes, conduct engineering studies, and ultimately expand EnviroGold’s commercial pipeline.

The urgency of this initiative aligns with growing demand for sustainable mining solutions. As Grant Freeman, Co-CEO of EnviroGold, stated, “The μNVRO is a transformational advancement in our deployment strategy. It combines engineering precision with mobility, enabling us to deliver engineering-grade data faster, reduce project development timelines, and enhance customer decision-making.”

Furthermore, EnviroGold is poised to establish a dedicated testing site in the United States to support North American deployment efforts. This expansion is crucial for accelerating customer engagement and meeting the increasing demand for environmentally responsible metal recovery solutions.

As the world shifts towards sustainable practices, EnviroGold’s innovations are not just technical advancements; they represent a significant step towards turning environmental liabilities into economic assets. The company’s efforts to recover high-value precious, base, and critical metals from mine waste underscore its commitment to aligning with critical-minerals mandates and ESG frameworks across the globe.

Stay tuned for further updates as EnviroGold Global continues to make strides in the mining industry, transforming the landscape of tailings reprocessing and driving customer engagement through technological innovation.
