A family in Australia has shared their heartwarming experience of adopting a kitten from Cat Haven, emphasising the importance of pet adoption amid declining rates. Rhianna Mitchell and her family brought home a kitten named Barnaby one year ago, finding joy in the companionship he has brought to their lives.
Rhianna’s journey began during the summer school holidays when her seven-year-old daughter made a heartfelt request for a pet.
