BREAKING: Five teenagers, aged between 14 and 18, have been urgently hospitalized following a dramatic car rollover incident in Flagstone, Queensland. The accident occurred around 4:44 PM on Saturday when a silver Nissan Navara overturned on a vacant block along Parkland Drive.

Emergency services quickly responded to the scene, transporting the injured teens to nearby hospitals. Four of the five occupants sustained serious injuries. The driver, a 17-year-old boy from Flagstone, was rushed to Princess Alexandra Hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition. An 18-year-old woman, also hospitalized at Princess Alexandra, is listed in serious but stable condition.

A 17-year-old girl from Flagstone was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital. Additionally, two other teenagers were sent to Queensland Children’s Hospital: a 14-year-old girl, who is in serious but stable condition, and a 15-year-old boy, who sustained minor injuries.

The Forensic Crash Unit is actively investigating this single-vehicle rollover. Authorities are urging anyone with information or relevant video footage to come forward to assist in the inquiry.

This incident raises serious concerns about the safety of young drivers and the risks associated with vehicle accidents in the area. As communities come together to support the victims, the call for increased road safety measures is more urgent than ever.
