The 30-year-old man, identified as Jarred Richard Kennedy, was apprehended in Wodonga at 6:40 AM on September 3, 2023, following a meticulous investigation that began in 2018.
Kennedy is accused of targeting 42 properties, with incidents occurring even while residents were present. Authorities had been monitoring a series of similar aggravated home burglaries and break-ins, prompting a detailed investigation that culminated in his arrest.
At approximately 8:00 AM, police executed a search warrant at a residence in Wodonga, seizing items believed to be linked to the burglaries.
