URGENT UPDATE: The King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSHRC) is set to participate in the highly anticipated C3 Davos of HealthcareTM Japan Summit on September 24, 2025, in Tokyo. This pivotal event will focus on “A Tri-Nation Collaboration: Building Bridges Beyond Borders in Healthcare,” uniting global leaders, policymakers, and innovators to address current healthcare challenges.

At the forefront of KFSHRC’s delegation is H.E. Dr. Majid Alfayyadh, the Saudi Royal Court Advisor and CEO of KFSHRC. He will deliver a keynote address titled “King Faisal’s Vision for Integrated Healthcare & Investing in a New Infrastructure for Modern Medicine.” Dr. Alfayyadh plans to unveil the Kingdom’s strategy for a connected, patient-centered healthcare ecosystem, emphasizing the significance of digital health initiatives and hospital expansions.

This summit occurs at a critical juncture as Saudi Arabia navigates its ambitious Vision 2030 healthcare objectives. Dr. Alfayyadh’s insights will illuminate how public-private partnerships, foreign investments, and regulatory reforms are shaping the future of healthcare in the Kingdom, inviting global collaboration and innovation.

As part of the program, KFSHRC’s thought leaders will engage in strategic discussions about healthcare transformation. Dr. Esam Abdullah Al Banyan, Chief Education & Training Officer, is set to explore the collaborative potential between the US and Japan in a session titled “How the US & Japan Can Contribute to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 in Healthcare.”

Additionally, Dr. Osama AlSwailem, Assistant Chief Executive Officer, will participate in a session focused on “Incorporating Healthcare Data & Genomics into AI Models to Identify Rare Diseases.” His discussion will highlight the importance of advanced data science and precision medicine in improving early diagnosis and patient outcomes.

Both Dr. Al Banyan and Dr. AlSwailem will also serve as judges at the Startup Showcase, reinforcing KFSHRC’s commitment to fostering innovation-driven healthcare entrepreneurship.
