UPDATE: A double-decker bus crash near Victoria Station in London has left 15 people hospitalized during the morning rush hour. The incident occurred when the route 24 bus mounted the sidewalk and struck pedestrians, prompting an immediate response from emergency services.

Authorities confirmed that two additional individuals received treatment on-site, while the driver of the bus was also among those injured. Thankfully, none of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening. Eyewitness Emit Suker described the scene, stating, “The bus was going really fast and came off the road. There were about 15, 16 people inside the bus. People were screaming – it was terrible.”

Emergency vehicles, including police cars, ambulances, and a fire engine, rushed to the scene to assist with the aftermath. The Metropolitan Police are currently investigating the incident and have appealed for witnesses to provide any phone or dashcam footage that could aid their inquiry. As of now, no arrests have been made.
