Nordstrom Rack is set to enhance its presence in Pennsylvania by opening two new stores this fall, specifically located in Exton and Media. This expansion will introduce additional shopping options and create new job opportunities within these communities, aligning with the retailer’s ongoing growth strategy.
Details of the New Locations
The Exton store will occupy over 30,000 square feet on Main Street, situated alongside established retailers such as Walmart, Lidl, Barnes & Noble, Michaels, and Sephora. This shopping area is managed by Wolfson Group, Inc., a local commercial real estate firm that specializes in developing and managing shopping centers.
In Media, the new Nordstrom Rack will also span 30,000 square feet at the Promenade at Granite Run. This location will feature neighboring stores including T.J. Maxx, Michaels, Kohl’s, IKEA, and Boscov’s, with the shopping center managed by BET Investments, a firm known for developing and operating retail properties in the region.
Commitment to Customer Experience
Both new Nordstrom Rack stores will provide customers with the familiar Nordstrom experience, which is characterized by significant savings on high-quality apparel, accessories, beauty products, and more, with discounts of up to 70%. In addition to competitive pricing, the stores will offer essential services such as online order pickup, easy returns, and alterations at select locations. Customers can utilize these services for purchases made on both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com.
This expansion reflects Nordstrom Rack’s dedication to customer satisfaction while simultaneously increasing its physical footprint. Currently, Pennsylvania hosts two full-line Nordstrom stores and seven Nordstrom Rack locations, employing over 1,000 people. The new additions are expected to further bolster employment opportunities in the state.
As Nordstrom Rack continues to expand, it remains committed to helping customers feel and look their best, reinforcing its reputation for exceptional customer service and value.
