The application, lodged by Rowe Group on behalf of Cedar Woods, includes a diverse mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments spread over buildings of 12, nine, and seven storeys. The development will also cater to residents’ needs with a residential swimming pool and ample parking facilities, including 327 on-site parking bays, 187 bicycle bays, and 24 on-street public parking bays.
