In addition to his artistic endeavors, Walter was a passionate MG motor car enthusiast, proudly serving as a Life Member of the Melbourne MG Car Club since its inception. Walter is survived by his devoted wife, Denise, his son Matthew, daughter Jannie, and stepchildren. He leaves behind a legacy filled with love, creativity, and the warmth of family. He will be remembered for his generous spirit and unwavering dedication to his passions.

A public funeral service will be held at the Warrandyte Uniting Church, located on Taroona Avenue, on January 7, 2026, at 2 PM. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Walter’s remarkable life and contributions.
