The culinary scene in Wellington, Florida, is set to heat up with the upcoming opening of Cluck Face Nashville Hot Chicken. The fast-casual restaurant will be located at The Square at Lotis Wellington, situated at the intersection of Forest Hill Boulevard and State Road 7. This vibrant mixed-use community already hosts several popular establishments, including Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, Tremble, and Foxtail Coffee.
Scheduled to open in June 2026, Cluck Face is operated by the husband-and-wife duo of David and Nancy Chapman. David, a seasoned restaurateur with over three decades of experience, expressed his enthusiasm in a conversation with What Now Miami. After sampling Cluck Face’s signature chicken, he and Nancy were convinced they had to bring it to Florida. “In my opinion, it is simply the best chicken tender around,” David stated.
The Cluck Face menu features a variety of chicken tenders, which can be ordered as meals, combos, sliders, or in bowls. Customers can choose between country fried or Nashville hot tenders, with heat levels ranging from mild to extremely hot, affectionately termed “cluck it.” Additional customization options include a selection of sauces, such as ranch, spicy mayo, BBQ, and comeback sauce. The menu will also offer desserts, sides, and beverages to complement the main dishes.
In addition to their Wellington location, the Chapmans have ambitious plans to expand with several other outlets in Florida, targeting areas such as Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and West Palm Beach. David emphasized their commitment to not just serving excellent food but also making a meaningful impact within their local communities.
