Samsung has introduced two innovative touchscreen monitors under its Movingstyle brand: the Movingstyle (LSM7F) and the Movingstyle M7 Smart Monitor (M70F). These new additions enhance Samsung’s premium monitor offerings, combining portability with advanced display technology.
The Movingstyle (LSM7F) features a 27-inch LED display that supports QHD resolution at 1440p and a refresh rate of 120Hz. With a built-in 69.3Wh battery, this model allows users to operate the monitor without a power connection for up to three hours. It comes equipped with a 100W power adapter for efficient charging. Users can enjoy various connectivity options, including WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, HDMI, and two USB-C ports. Running on Tizen OS, the monitor supports popular voice assistants such as Bixby, Alexa, and Google Assistant, along with access to over 4,000 pieces of art through the Samsung Art Store. Audio capabilities feature 10W speakers with Dolby Atmos support, providing an immersive sound experience.
Movingstyle M7 Smart Monitor Delivers Stunning 4K Experience
The Movingstyle M7 Smart Monitor (M70F) boasts a larger 32-inch flat VA panel that offers a 4K resolution at a 60Hz refresh rate. This model is designed for productivity, featuring HDR10, a wide colour gamut with 1 billion colours, and a rapid 4ms response time. Unlike the LSM7F, the M70F does not include a battery, trading portability for superior resolution. This monitor also runs on Tizen OS and provides features such as Mobile to Screen, Screen Mirroring, and Samsung Gaming Hub, enhancing its versatility for various applications. Security is fortified with Samsung Knox, ensuring up to seven years of OS updates.
In terms of connectivity, the M7 Smart Monitor includes WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, two HDMI ports, USB 3, and USB Type-C. Its 10W speakers are enhanced with Adaptive Sound+, delivering tailored audio quality. The adjustable height stand further adds to its ergonomic design, allowing for pivot and swing adjustments.
Both monitors have launched in the US market, with the Movingstyle (LSM7F) priced at US$1,199 (approximately A$1,800) and the M7 Smart Monitor at US$699.99 (around A$1,050). They are available through Samsung’s official website and select retail partners. A limited-time promotion currently offers a US$200 credit for purchases made on Samsung.com.
